Semi Private/Small Group Training:
These are not the same classes you would take at your local gym. Our classes are more like Small Group Personal Training, for those looking for a little more than just follow the leader. Programs are customized workouts that are tailored specifically to each small group. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate.
You will not just follow what an instructor does, we make sure you can actually do the exercise correctly before advancing you to a higer level.
Small group training (5-10 people max) is an alternative to one-on-one private training. It establishes a set schedule for training with a highly qualified professional at a fraction of the cost of purchasing personal training alone. Small group training sessions are 1 hour in length.
Whether it is for Yoga, Pilates Mat, Yogailates, Boot Camp, or Circuit Training, the added motivation of having a limited number of others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. You're not going to get lost in the crowd, or hide in the back of the room.
5 people minimum needed to start a class.

3 Months = $300 ($12.50 per class)
